Established in September 2004, RE Field Services Ltd is a privately owned OEM independent dedicated high voltage motor, generator and associated plant services company with a combined experience totalling over 200 years in the industry.

Having relocated in 2011, RE Field Services has gone from strength to strength and now boasts a 12000 sq foot facility in Sheffield. The Sheffield factory is well equipped with the tools to undertake all your HV and LV motor and generator needs. The facility includes in-house cranes, varnish tank, oven and test bay areas and marks a significant milestone in the company's growth and development.

From their Sheffield facility, RE Field Services Ltd are able to offer a large range of HV Testing, repair, overhaul, supply and on/off line monitoring services for all makes of electrical rotating machines which can be tailored to meet the customer’s needs in this ever changing market.

In addition, RE Field Services Ltd has a fully equipped Site Service Unit, which once connected to an on site 415V supply, has the capacity to undertake the simplest of Generator Minor Inspection up to supporting the requirements of the Full Field Services team on the removal of large generator rotors.

The company comprises of highly skilled, dedicated and flexible Technicians, Engineers and Managers all of whom have earned an enviable reputation within the industry for their work on all makes and sizes of electrical rotating machines.

RE Field Services Ltd has extensive knowledge of working on electrical machines within the Power Generation Industry, both conventional and nuclear fuelled, on and off shore oil and gas installations, heavy engineering, steel production and commercial shipping lines.

RE Field Services Ltd can offer complete Cradle to Grave Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) Contracts tailored to the specific needs of your plant from Regular Minor Inspections to Major Rotor Withdrawal workscopes (including the design, specification, test and supply of Rotor Withdrawal Equipment).
